Meeting the challenges of digital revolution, Metrology Advances for Digitized Electronics Components and Systems Industry 4.0 (MADEin4) project aims at developing advanced and highly connected cyber physical systems using a novel Industry 4.0 approach that combines metrology data analysis and design with machine learning methodologies and digital twinning. MADEin4 is positioned to facilitate manufacturers’ pre-commercial access to test samples by connecting them with Europe’s leading RTOs.
The session Digitized Electronics & Industry 4.0 – MADEin4 will gather speakers from Applied Materials, Thermo Fisher, Mentor, TowerJazz and SEMI to discuss the latest innovation advancements in the field of smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0 metrology platforms developments and the benefits of digitalized manufacturing for enhanced productivity. MADEin4 receives funding from the ECSEL JU under grant agreement No 826589. The JU receives support from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme and France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Romania and Israel.
